The role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals. This role is key in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that our people practices support the organization’s growth and success
What you’ll do:

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
Develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
Address complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, team-building, and culture enhancement programs.
Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing training and support to managers.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
Proficiency and Fluency in oral and written English.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive change.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data and metrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software tools.
