Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance daily, optimizing for better results and ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop engaging creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad elements such as audiences, copy, visuals, and CTAs.
- Manage and segment audiences, retarget users, and implement lookalike strategies.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
- Support other marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, targeting, and analytics.
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or other marketing platforms is a plus.
