Summary
Responsible for managing the execution of sales goals and objectives throughout the region by building and maintaining an effective sales team, growing an established account base and prospecting for new business.

Responsible for generating the Reefer Budget, focusing on profitability as the primary annual evaluation factor for all Central America countries.
Demonstrate strong leadership attributes, experience in international business, and ability to manage Sales Executives and Sales Administration teams.
Possess high-level closing techniques for business deals.
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospect planning.
Increase sales for existing accounts by: Ensuring the team sells services within the portfolio. Offering new products and customer-specific solutions.
Lead sales discussions to establish credibility with prospects by: Understanding their business issues. Presenting logical, economically beneficial solutions.
Establish and foster close working relationships with customers to drive continued growth and market share.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including: Lead tracking. Pipeline management. Revenue projections.
Monitor current customer accounts for trends, volume changes, and new opportunities.
Maintain close involvement with accounts to proactively identify additional opportunities and competitive threats.
Identify regional opportunities and expand business to both new and existing accounts.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals and annual seasonality in the Reefer Market Segment.
Oversee all regional operations, including: Inventory management. Product selection.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
A combination of post-secondary education and equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience: Sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Solid knowledge in Data Analysis (Trends, revenues, Profit, Margins, KPIs, Reports, Dashboard, Budget planning)
Experience managing teams and working across multiple countries in Central America is highly desirable.
Experience managing Services like Warehousing, Retail, Pricing and Foods (Refrigerated)
Qualifications
Technical Proficiencies & Tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access).
Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
Strong data management and reporting skills.
Soft kills Qualifications B2 level English proficiency or higher.
Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
