About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use):08 About the Role: The Team: We’re a global team that is responsible for supporting and training our diverse clients on the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) solutions available on S&P Global Market Intelligence by holding investigative conversations & driving product usage and revenue. Being present in the US, Philippines, India, Pakistan and United Kingdom makes it a truly global team. Members of the team get to learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce research and develop technical skills. You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Content & Industry Research etc.)Work schedule (Time shift): 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm ARTAverage of 1-2 weekends in a calendar year depending on the business need. Responsibilities and Impact: Our relentless pursuit of excellence results in deep relationships with clients and helping them get the most out of our business intelligence tools. Your regular day would require you to answer client queries and being an advocate while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, data and the industries we cover. Provide client support via phone, email and chats on a daily basis and will address questions related to how we capture, process, and display data Guide clients on Market Intelligence tools to drive usage and product experience. The associate will become an industry specialist and act as a resource for colleagues and clients across the globe. Over time the associate will take on additional responsibilities including (but not limited to) leading weekly trainings and hosting/recording client training sessions What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: This is an entry level position at a fortune 500 company operating in the business intelligence space. The associate will field client concerns, diagnose issues and provide solutions. You will work across different divisions of the company providing you great insight into how S&P Global provides our clients with a world class product. We’re looking for an associate to join our team of tech-savvy, client-focused professionals who support our solutions for FIG users. Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related fields. English proficiency written and oral. Excellent verbal and written communication Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to help clients. Attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power point)Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Additional relevant qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, PMPSalesforce and/or CXC experience.
